One of the most consistently good restaurant I regularly go to. I've been going here for the past few years and always have exceptional food and service. Even if I am just picking up, the staff is super friendly and courteous. The menu changes just enough where it keeps me coming back and trying things. Thought I still love the Burger and Pastrami Poblano.

The food at Carving Room was absolutely phenomenal!! I wish I could have ordered everything from the menu. We started with one of their specials, arayes (pita stuffed with brisket and spices) and hummus with crispy lamb. Both of these were absolutely delicious and reminded me so much of my time in the Middle East. We then had the schnitzel and the pastrami Cuban. Again, both were amazing. The schnitzel reminded me of home, so delicious. The cocktails were yummy too! It's super cute inside and really well run. The service was great and can't wait to come back. So delicious!

We randomly searched for places to eat nearby while attending a training, and this spot was the closest, so we decided to give it a try. The ambiance was beautiful with amazing lighting, creating a great atmosphere. The servers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were in a bit of a rush, and to our pleasant surprise, the food came out quickly. Not only was it served in no time, but it was also absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I would definitely want to come back to try more items on the menu!

We thought CR Noma looked like a hole in the wall sandwich shop until we read some reviews and realized we had to check this place out! Very cute space inside with twinkling lights and modern design. They also have TVs set up behind the bar like a sports bar, which was nice during the Olympics. The menu offers an array of Mediterranean cuisine, and everything we tried was delicious. The hummus, "cigars", the pita and were all *chef's kiss*. My favorite was the hummus and warm fluffy pita. I ordered the pastrami poblano, which was hearty and salty. It was very good, but it was a bit too salty. The fries were awesome! We left stuffed and brought home leftovers! I would definitely come back to try more menu items.

This place is awesome! My kids picked it for Father's Day breakfast and there was plenty of seating for our 8-person group, and a stroller. Mostly high top seating and bar seating but there were tables and booths too. The service was so friendly, it felt like family, which helped because theres always that one person who isn't going to be satisfied with their order. They remade the french toast without raspberry sauce on request, but I thought it complemented the syrup and toast perfectly. My favorite had to be the coffee though, which comes with cream or oat milk.

Again, I can't get enough of this place. I tried the dips trio and they were amazing! It came with warm pita that was so flavorful and tasty. The service is always great! Bar seating is nice and the servers are pretty quick.

CR NoMa was one of the first places I went after moving to DC almost 5 years ago, and it has remained a favorite since. I often come here solo for Happy Hours on Fridays, but I've been here for work events, group Happy Hours, brunch, etc. and all have been good. At this point, I've tried quite a bit of both their food and drink menu, and I can honestly say that I haven't had anything that *wasn't* good here. I absolutely love their seasonal cocktails (the various flavored margaritas are always on point). I've had a hard time finding wings that I like in DC, and theirs are among the best that I have had, in general. They have interesting wing flavors on Wednesdays (and you can get takeout/delivery on these flavors from their ghost kitchen every day, I believe), and the ones that are on their standard, daily menu (Lemon Tahini) are really tasty, too. They are perfectly cooked, with a crispy outside and tender inside. They fall off the bone. Outside of their wings, I also highly recommend the crispy Dutch potatoes, the classic cigars, the whipped ricotta (really amazing - their pita bread is warm, fluffy, and garlic-y, and the ricotta is a perfect balance with the honey), and the shrimp avocado Flatbread. But, again, you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Additionally, the staff is great. Always welcoming and quick on service. This is really what keeps me coming back above all else. The food and drinks *can* be a bit pricey, but it's really not bad compared to standard DC pricing. Overall, I highly recommend CR NoMa, and it is my go-to spot to bring people when I have visitors from out of town (and they always rave about it).

I apologize for being late with this review! EVERYTHING and EVERYONE here is amazing. Danny was our server, and we had a large party of 16 for graduation- she was awesome! The manager Donde was so nice and helpful. But the food?? Beyond delicious! The lamb hummus was fresh and the pitas soft. The burrata salad was so inventive and refreshing. No one had a bad dish! Danny recommended the grapefruit mule- we passed it around and then everyone ordered one. The ONLY bad thing is that I live in Houston and can't go every weekend! Thank you for making my sons graduation weekend from Howard top notch! You all are a class act!!!

I saw "diners drive-ins and dives" on the menu and said I gotta try, and I'm glad we did! If you are new to DC/NOMA area there are plenty of choices, and as an out of towner who visits frequently, I have some fave spots and this is added to the list based on three items! The place was quite busy for a Tuesday evening, but they seated us quickly! After some careful deliberation, we went straight to entrees! My daughter ordered the house made pork and brisket meatball flatbread, and it was damn tasty! The flatbread had great flavor and crispness, and the meatballs were amazing! She loved it! I had the Pastrami Poblano! It was amazing. Small sandwich with a great punch of flavor! You gotta try it!! The fries were good but i was given the bottom of the basket! We finished up with a Sufganiyah! Which I would go back to eat just those! It is a fried dough (for those Natives reading or people from the southwest is basically small fry bread) with lemon butter and raspberry jelly! I'm a fan!! The service upon arrival was great but our server was a bit to be desired! She wasn't very helpful and didn't check on us much. If it wasn't for the amazing food, I almost gave em a 3 star rating. But give em a try! I say flock!
